Founded in 2003, 3BL has built its success around the development of a core product called Troyee-Business Solutionware, which encompasses innovative solutions in Financial Accounting, Inventory Management, Business Analysis, and Decision Support Systems. Today, the company has emerged at the forefront in the development of Business Accounting solutions with an established support service system spanning all over the country with a clientele of about 5000 (Five Thousand). Other than Troyee-Accounting-Inventory package software, 3BL also deals with all sorts of customized software.

RECENT & PRESENT RUNNING PROJECT
Recently, in a joint venture with ElectroCraft Corporation Ltd. (ECL-3BL JV), 3BL worked on NFC IC card Sony FeliCa and succeed to complete the first issue of SAM (Sony FeliCa SAM RC-S500) using Sony provided tool according to the guideline and agreement with Sony Corporation. 3BL also worked on Package2a project and developed PC based Ticket Office Machine (TOM) which works with Sony FeliCa IC Card.
Currently from ECL-3BL Joint Venture 3BL is working with KNJV for a JICA funded Project for Establishment of Clearing House for Integrating Transport Ticketing System in Dhaka City Area Package1: Clearing House IT System (Main) and also completed Package2a: Ticket Office Machine and Package2b: e-Ticketing Terminal with limited functionality.
